For the placement questionaire, I need a camp layout finalized by the 25th of march so I can submit it by the first of April.
That means I need to know what you're expecting to bring as far as tents, and equipment.
My list right now consists of: 2 x 30' shade tents 1 x 10 x 18 tent for personal use NO VEHICLE

I'm just bringing my truck, not sure how tall it will be with the cabover, as I don't have it yet. Also the cabover might extend the length. Also, the door would add a foot space at least
Length: 16 feet - 18 feet, 10 inches (not including a foot+ for door to open) Width- 15 feet, 8 inches

I'll have a 4 man tent for sleeping, a pup-tent for storage and I'll be building a monkey-hut and a figjam swamp cooler ( eplaya.burningman.com/viewtopic.php?f=280&t=33842 ) during my preburn, altitude adjustment phase in Las Vegas. I live at less than 100' above sea level (depending on tides) so, I figured a few days at my parent's house in Vegas would be optimal.

Hey Chuck, good to see you again. Div, seeing as we're looking at placement, we should also start buckling down on the art. The dome is one of the few ideas specifically mentioned as being not acceptable for theme camp placement. burningman.com/themecamps/theme_criteria.html

Yeah, but being a place for Birgins to share their wonderment and terror at what's going on around them already makes us more than a "Relaxation space"

I will most likely be bringing an EMT dome in the 13'-16' range. The only reason I say most likely because I haven't built it yet. Spring has been a fantasy here in Michigan and I still have snow on the ground. Once the weather breaks (I am guessing June at this rate) this will be a weekend project. Depending on how weather proof I can make the cover, this will be my primary shelter or it will be a shade structure that I will put a smaller tent under and use the rest of the space as a chill out area. Other than my shelter, I will have an SUV that I will be driving in. A dome similar to this, but not quite so tall.

I didn't even think about the altitude changes, although driving from Florida to Michigan and then to Black Rocks should get me good and adjusted. I don't anticipate having any large items as most of my things will be coming along with Stefanie. I will just have clothes, lots of water, some trinkets and gifts to exchange with my fellow burners, and a couple bikes. If I come up with anything larger I will be sure to warn y'all!
