I really want to have the spare money to buy a box-trailer.
Sure, there are only 3-4 times a year I'd need one, but Burning Man is definitely made better by more space to haul stuff. (And it can double as a tent in a worst case scenario. possibly having it set up as a poor-man's camper inside if I do it right)
Most are selling for 2-6 thousand dollars, and being able to bring a LARGE monkey hut is definitely handy. Also, being able to offer someone double the car space I'd be taking up, and the gas money to off-set it, couldn't hurt my ride prospects.
